Papa Doobio gives us the harsh truth about Chicago music scene, "Im part of the problem," he agrees with Joe Budden that Chance The Rapper music is soft. Papa Doobio is aware of Chances talent but says he has a different outlook working with some of the toughest artist in Chicago, and says that his music has different content than what he like to listen to.
