Chicago Rapper Fredo Santana Died At Age 27, Due To Liver Failure

Chicago rapper Fredo Santana past away due to a seizure on Jan 19th 2018. Fredo's girlfriend returned home to find the young rapper on the floor. Fredo took to social media in March of 2017, to let fans know that he will he will no longer be drinking the Lean.

Fredo didn't open up about his hospital visit in March at the time, saying "When u working hard no sleep u get sleep deprived an have a light seizure 😞." Fredo knew his habit wasnt good for his health and used the drug to helped deal with his emotions.

"Until I can stop thinking bout my dead homies an the trauma that I been thru in my life that's when I'll stop,"

Lean is a street drug, the drink a codeine-based prescription cough syrup mixed with soda and, often, Jolly Ranchers candy. The codeine, which is an opiate, produces a feeling of euphoria. The cough syrup also contains a drug called promethazine, which acts as a sedative.
