Dj Akademik's Previews New Music To His Upcoming Project The "Mumble Rap Tape"

Dj Akademiks rose to fame after his youtube show "War In Chiraq," where he kept Chicago rap fans up to date with information on their favorite artist, including Chicago news. The music commentator work ethic put him ahead of all competition, by him covering mainstream artist at the same time, same rate. His show "War In Chiraq," was only a stepping stone to his rise to the top, his knowledge and opinion landed him a role on a brand new show created by Complex called "Everyday Struggle."

During one of Dj Akademiks rants he teased at dropping a mixtape, inspired by the lack of kills being used to make music these days, and the new streaming system to count album sales. Dj Akademiks previewed a song off his upcoming mixtape to social media, I was impressed by the song. The song was uploaded to his twitter account and has over 200 retweets at the moment.

Akademiks is on to something with his "Mumble Rap Tape," the preview to "Hennessy," was lit, a party banger that could catch fire by the summer time. This tape will be something to check into, seeing one of the game top music reporters drop a full project is going to be crazy.

Many rappers dislike Akademiks for his honest opinion about music, and rappers actions. If your a good artist with good content he's going to praise your craft, he also will tell you if its bad, or just trash.
