Chicago Rapper Lil Reese Attacked With A Mini Draco, Shot In The Neck In Critical Condition

Well known Chicago rapper Lil Reese is currently in critical condition after being shot with a wound to the neck Monday afternoon.

The Chicago rapper is currently hospitalized in his home town of Illinois after he was shot inside a vehicle by a gunman with a small rifle, that fired 12 shots.

The shooting took place in Country Club Hills, right outside of Chicago in the suburb of south of Chicago.

After the shooting the rapper was taken to the hospital by someone on scene said Country Club Hills officers, they searched nearby hospitals where they found the rapper with a gunshot wound in his neck.

They found him in South Suburban Hospital’s emergency room before he was transferred to Christ Medical Center to treat his injuries..
